Fibonna is based in Singapore. In these terms, "we" means the people who run Fibonna.

These terms cover the Fibonna founding cohort and fibonna.com. By accepting an invitation to the founding cohort, or by using Fibonna, you agree to them. What we do with your data is explained on the Privacy page, and how we protect it on the Security page.

The founding cohort

Fibonna gives AI coding agents a shared memory and a way to coordinate. The founding cohort is application-only: we review applications and invite people. Each pilot gets their own isolated stack on Fibonna's infrastructure.

Subscription and price

The founding cohort is a monthly subscription. Your price is locked for as long as your subscription stays active.

Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing month, so you keep access until then.
• We don't refund a month that has started, unless we failed to provide the service during it.
• When you leave, we delete your stack. Ask for an export first if you want one. See Privacy.

Your content and your AI key

Your content stays yours. We use it only to run Fibonna for you, as described on the Privacy page.

You supply your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key. You are responsible for what that provider charges you and for following its terms. Fibonna is not an AI provider and doesn't supply a key for pilot stacks.

What you agree not to do

• Reverse engineer, decompile or copy Fibonna.
• Share your access, such as your sign-in or your machine keys, with anyone else.

The service during the founding period

Fibonna is early. During the founding period we provide it as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Support is best effort: we aim to reply within 1 business day, Singapore time. To reach us, email [email protected].

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if a change affects you we will email you before it applies. Questions: [email protected].
